Find/Follow Me
Never miss a call while you're out of the office. With Digisist™ Find/Follow Me, calls will be routed to your office phone then automatically forwarded to your cell phone if you're not there; if you don't want to answer on your cell or you're unavailable the caller will be redirected to your Digisist™ voicemail.
Extensions
Make your company look HUGE, even if it's not; statistics show that when it comes to growing your small business, looking bigger is always better. With Digisist™ you get the same phone system as larger companies- Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Customer Service, 3 for Technical Support, etc. But you pay a fraction of the cost.
Location Flexibility
Your phone system should be as flexible as your company is. With multiple extensions and ring groups, extension 101 can ring your office, extension 102 can ring your cell phone and extension 103 can go to your employee in a satellite office/at home. OR, have them dial 0 for the first available representative, and have all extensions ring simultaneously!
Email and Text Message Alerts
Never miss an important voicemail again. You can now have all voicemails sent to your email as audio attachments. Additionally, you can also have text message alerts sent to your cell phone every time you get a voicemail!
Day-and-Night Scheduling
Eliminate late night calls! Have calls routed differently based on the time of day, or day of week. Have a special message alert your callers that your office is closed and automatically redirect them to your voicemail.
Customizable Hold Music
